I’ve learned that hormone imbalances and autoimmune conditions DON’T have to be a death sentence. Being diagnosed with Hoshimotos and PCOS, I’ve learned the power of lifting weights to help balance hormones and reverse Hashimotos. With support from others, I was able to completely change my body composition, fight the constant fatigue, get off medications, and become the healthiest, strongest I’ve ever been!

Now, I help other women do the same!

My Approach

  • Simple Workouts

    Lifting weights should not be complicated or take up a ton of your time. You will learn the 5 basic movements to help build your foundation, and change your body composition. Each workout is designed to be no more than 30 minutes, and there will never, ever be cardio. Promise.

  • Simple Ingredients

    Food is the most nutritious when it is simple, the way the earth meant for it to be. You will learn how to remove processed junk from your diet and replace it with whole foods that help balance your hormones and fuel your body. No counting carbs, or macros - just eating real, whole foods.

  • 1:1 Coaching & Community Support

    You and I are about to become best friends! You will meet with me 1:1 weekly and have touch base communication any time you need it. Along with my support, you will get to become a part of a community of other women with similar goals.

  • If you are local to the Evansville area, I’d love to work with you IRL! I have a clean, private, in-home gym that is designed to help my clients build strength and confidence! We will work closely together throughout the week (coffee dates, anyone?) and you will still have access to my personal training app for any additional support you need!

  • You will work closely with me through my personal training app and weekly 1:1 calls! Don’t worry, you won’t feel like you’re going at it alone because you will have all the help and support of a real life trainer, just online! Full video library access and the ability to chat with me anytime you need some extra help!

  • Both In-Person and Online Training includes basic nutritional support, but sometimes you need more! If you are looking for more in-depth help on how to clean the junk out of your diet, then the Eat Real program is right for you! This option can be added on to either training options & includes full recipes, clean-eating swaps & Grocery store navigation!
